We don't pressure our clients into making decisions. We don't invest a lot of time and energy into large advertising campaigns. We choose to invest in our clients. We want to be their real estate consultants for life! We do this by providing exceptional service and by continually expanding our knowledge educationally so that our clients get the level of expertise we think they deserve. You will not see our faces on billboards around town and we won't be taking out big ads in the newspaper. We don't need to. Our focus is on our clients...each individual. No one is just a file number with us. Our priority is to help our clients accomplish their goals and because of that, our clients become our advertising. They refer us to those they know. In fact, about 90% of our business comes from referrals! We get to work with the best of the best, our clients and their friends, family and colleagues. We wouldn't have it any other way.

Jeff Allen: My family was transferred by the Air Force to Lakewood, Washington in 1972. My father retired as a Colonel in 1979 and we put our roots down, calling Lakewood home. My wife, Marcie, was born in Bremerton, Washington and grew up in University Place, where we now have lived for the past 13 years. Marcie is licensed and we work together as a team. We first met at the church we still attend. Along with our three children, we are actively involved in making a difference, not only in our community but in other countries as well. Close to our hearts is a project we have been involved in for 3 years. Teaming up with other adults and teens fundraising and then completing projects in the poorest parts of Mexico, we have been able to help families in need. We count it a priviledge helping build homes for homeless families. One of the many reasons we joined the Windermere family is because they too, have a heart for helping those less fortunate. We enjoy participating in the Windermere Community Service Days and with the Windermere Foundation.

We love the Pacific Northwest! Hiking, camping, snow and water skiing are among our favorite things. We enjoy making memories with our children. One way we do that is our yearly get-a-way to Cannon Beach, Oregon. We have been vacationing there for the past 15 years. There is nothing like relaxing with your family on the beach! We inherited a love for antiques from our parents who were in the antique business. When we can, we like looking in antique shops and flea markets for those one of a kind vintage treasures. We also are quite attached to our pets. We have 2 dogs, a Fox Terrier and a Pomeranian, and 2 finches.
