My Philosophy

I am privileged to have spent the last 18 years with Windermere as an agent and as a Managing Broker where I have managed and trained agents in all aspects of the real estate industry. I have discovered my passion for teaching, training, and coaching new and experienced agents as well as helping bring alive the "American Dream" of homeownership to many people who have become friends through the process. I love assisting people in realizing their goals, be it the purchase or sale of their first, second, or third home. My goal is to go beyond meeting and exceeding the needs of my clients in the sale or purchase of a home or investment property. I want to be the "Family Realtor" for life.

Commitment to Education

My commitment to continuing education enables me to be on the cutting edge of real estate issues so that I can professionally represent my clients in the best manner possible. My education includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication, Associate Broker licensing, the professional designation of the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), and on-going courses in technology, marketing, negotiation, and Seller and Buyer agency representation.
